All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. We will do everything possible to assist in the event of a lost, stolen or damaged shipment, but we are not responsible for those shipments. Once we ship an item, the shipping company becomes the responsible party. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, holidays, acts-of-God, carrier complications, or insufficient address information.
